Opened in July 2023. Chic and contemporary 86-cover venue with earthy colours and ambitious cooking, with private dining room for 24 and an outside terrace, serving barbecues Thursday to Sunday, where a selection of marinated dishes are grilled to order.
Owned by restaurateurs Sanjay Gour and Simeron Lily Patel and co-founded by Chef Sanjay Gour, who grew up in Mumbai before moving to London, where he worked in Michelin-starred restaurants including Murano by Angela Hartnett , played a key role its opening.
He later became Head Chef Gymkhana.
In 2017 along with Gour and Patel, he opened the highly acclaimed Dastaan in Epsom, followed by Black Salt Sheen in 2021.
