Under the steward ship of esteemed exec chef Rohit Ghai, who also oversees Kutir and Manthan with business partner Abhishake Sangwan, Vatavaran promises to take dinners on a sensory journey through the Himalayas, with four distinct floors reflecting different mountain elevations.
The ground floor features a stylish bar representing “Valley Streams”. The first floor mezzanine is th “Mountain Ridges” and “Forests,” with its airy atrium with blue decor. Next up, the second floor, or “Meadow” restaurant area has intimate green seating. At the top floor “Summit”, the top floor “Summit”, the Shikhar Bar, is a constellation-themed cocktail and whisky lounge.
Spectacular signature dishes are Scallops with truffle, wild prawns, tandoori lamb chops, and Mangalore stone bass.
