Indian Streatery to open at Resorts World Birmingham

The Indian Streatery is to launch a flagship venue at Resorts World Birmingham. The family operated business is opening its third bricks and mortar site this spring on the lower ground floor of the centre between PizzaExpress and Nando’s, joining its other venues in Bennett’s Hill and the Bullring.

The Indian Streatery founder Meena Sharma said: “It’s been a pleasure to work alongside Resorts World to spread more flavour across the region with our third opening since we started this journey. We’re all excited to share our food with a new part of the city, and we know everyone’s going to love our authentic family recipes. We are thrilled to be the first Indian food offering at the iconic Resorts World.”

Sharma – a home cook who runs a female-only kitchen, opened The Indian Streatery in 2012 after identifying a distinct lack of South Asian food available at food markets.
