ICD to host Global Hospitality Dinner

The Indian Culinary Diaspora [ICD] is to hold a black tie dinner at the Novatel in Hammersmith, West London on 1st May.

After six years existing as an informal association, the launch event will see the its official inaugeration, bringing together industry leaders, chefs, partners, and supporters that encourages meaningful connection and dialogue.

ICD is a professional organisation of Indian chefs, culinary artists, and hospitality professionals.

It was founded to foster collaboration within the hospitality industry serving as a network for sharing expertise, advancing culinary leadership, and highlighting Indian heritage cuisine. 

The association organises events to recognise Indian talent in the sector, acting as a global culinary union.

“ICD is a modern and confident collective, reflective of the evolving face of hospitality, where talent moves fluidly across cuisines, concepts, and cultures,” said co founder Gurpreet Singh Dham, adding, “Our focus on membership, mentorship, and strategic collaboration, aims to establish a lasting, influential presence in the industry.”
