Noir QSR

Noir Indian restaurant is to open its first QSR [quick service restaurant] concept ‘Noir Street’, on Holloway Road in north London.

A spokeman for the company described Noir Street as, “Bold, gritty, and unapologetic – where burgers smash harder, flavours hit louder, and our vibe speaks for itself. New location, new concept, same Noir energy.”

Noir launched in East London at the end of 2022 with a site at George Lane in South Woodford.

The business, which is led by Ardy Ardakani, then last year opened a 350-cover site in Manchester’s Trafford Park.
