Pahli Hill six-course tasting menu

Pahli Hill, the high-end Indian restaurant in Fitzrovia, has partnered Macallan whisky to run a six-course tasting menu on Wednesday 20th November, celebrating the The Macallan Harmony Collection Vibrant Oak.

Guests will experience an evening of beautifully crafted cocktails, neat drams and a six-course paired dinner prepared by Head Chef Avi Shashidhara, which draws on inspiration from regional Indian cooking and European techniques.

The menu showcases the best of Scottish produce, using mushrooms from Scotland, Orkney scallops and Inverness crab from Inverness and venison.

India is one of the world’s largest consumers of whisky in the world.

The partnership is desihned to highlight how well its rich cuisine compliments a premium whisky such as Macallan’s.

The 6 course, one night only, tasting menu costs £70.
