Lasani II

Nottinghamshire Indo-Persian restaurant Lasani is eyeing its second site with plans plans to open a restaurant in Maid Marian Way in Nottingham city centre. Lasani has applied to the city council in the former Ludorati unit, adding to its original venue in Southwell, which opened in August 2024.

The ground-floor restaurant will have capacity for around 80 diners and also offer takeaway services.

Lasani is seeking permission to sell alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises to support the restaurant’s food offering, and requests authorisation for customers to buy alcohol without ordering a meal.
