US expansion for JKS

Co-founder of JKS Restaurants, Jyotin Sethi, the highend London restaurant group, has has identified the US as target for expansion as “sales exceed expectations.”

JKS opened a Gymkhana restaurant at the Aria Hotel in Las Vegas, in December and launched Ambassadors Clubhouse in New York in February. It also owns Berenjak at Soho Warehouse LA.

Sethi calims Americans have “embraced the idea of Indian food rooted in culinary heritage and delivered in a refined, celebratory way.”

JKS also anticipates continued growth across the Middle East.

The business recently reported a 22% increase in turnover to £72,500,000 for fiscal 2025 (2024: £59,582,043) and saw pre-tax losses “significantly” reduce
