Zouk Tea Bar & Grill eyes expansion

Manchester-based Indian and Pakistani restaurant Zouk Tea Bar & Grill is looking to franchise its concept.

Founded by brothers Tayub and Mudassar Amjad in 2005, Zouk Tea Bar & Grill, initially opened in Bradford, the following year. This was followed by a 300-seater restaurant in Manchester’s Chester Street, which opened in 2009. The business has an ultimate aims of international expansion and has appointed franchise advisors Presman & Colard.

Presman & Colard will guide them in structuring franchise models, identifying international partners and managing market entry strategies.
