Chef Beerpal’s journey, aka ‘Chef Royal Beeru, began his career in hotel management at the Mourya Institute, under Sikkim Manipal University, Dehradun.

From the streets of Punjab to the skyscrapers of Dubai, and across the vibrant kitchens of Scotland and Birmingham, he has honed his craft over two decades.

Chef Beerpal specialised in Indian and Indo-Chinese cuisine, hat grand catering events across Europe and South America, the Bahamas, Switzerland, and Holland.
