My Delhi Leeds

Elahi Amin My Delhi co-founder has said the business’ forthcoming Leeds signals a shift to a “more elevated premium casual offer”.

The company will next month open a flagship restaurant with the 6,000 square-foot its largest and most ambitious site yet.

My Delhi, which also has sites in Newcastle, Sunderland and Leicester, is now recruiting for 60 newly created vacancies.

Amin said the Leeds restaurant “will reflect My Delhi’s shift into a more elevated premium casual hospitality offer, combining striking contemporary interiors, an enhanced drinks programme and a guest experience rooted in warmth, generosity, energy and attention to detail.

“Leeds has been on our radar for a long time. It’s one of the UK’s most exciting cities for food, culture and hospitality, with a real energy and confidence that makes it the perfect home for our next chapter. This is by far our most ambitious opening to date. More than just another restaurant, this will be My Delhi’s flagship – a bold evolution of the business and a major investment in our future. We’re creating something on a different scale, with exceptional design, elevated hospitality, and a guest experience that reflects where My Delhi is heading. This opening is a major milestone for My Delhi, but what excites us most is what comes next. We’ve grown steadily and organically over the last seven years, and Leeds marks the start of a bold new chapter.”
